Got it, I was kinda thinking the same. So if I were to some days bike in the morning a cold shower afterwards can be beneficial.
However, when I workout specially hard or specially late on the night. If I take a cold shower in the morning the next day I feel like I’m throwing all of my effort out of the window. It is really very not motivating the harder I workout the more I feel like depriving myself from the cold shower. This makes sense? or it is mostly nonsense for you? Like, how much time (making guess) do you think is good to let the blood flowing to allow for the nutrient partioning and recovery of the muscle the occur without limiting it due to cold exposure.
