I was not feeling 100% so I took a few days off and decided to deload the rest of the week to 1 working set TF per exercise (been doing 2 working sets TF the past few months).
The next week I decided to stick with 1 working set and I had better recovery (recovery has not been issue but I felt “fresher”) and I was able to progress quite a bit on nearly all my M&P movements.
My question is how long should I ride this rock bottom volume? I’m at maintenance calories currently (have been for the last 4-5 months) and will prob stay there for another month before tapering up calories for a building phase for Feb-June.
