Currently 10 days out from competition body fat is at 5.7% and definitely lost a bit of muscle mass from 91.9 to 89.3 since my last inbody test. For the last couple weeks sex drive has been non existent and not getting erections in the morning anymore. Is that normal? My question is, should I start to slowly increase calories and slow down on cardio and cruise into the show? I don’t want to lose any more muscle mass and feel like I’m at a pretty good spot.
