Started to cut fat using the app. I’m getting leaner(by way of the mirror) but the scale isn’t really moving. Started 282 now after 3 weeks I’m 280. The app suggested I drop my calories because it looked like I wasn’t losing any weight. When it did it cut out 60g of protein from the daily total. Would this not be counter productive to retain muscle?

Very dependent on where protein intake started. Also be mindful of what the goal really is. Is it to retain tissue and lose fat? Or is it just straight forward weight loss? These are two very different concepts.

Retain tissue and lose fat. Don’t really care what the scale says. The app does apparently. Lol

My app developer is looking into it today, something seems to be off. When the goal is weight loss, it SHOULD keep protein at 0.8g of protein per 1lb bodyfat. Check back by tomorrow, at the latest and it should be all sorted.
