10 week diet

    Hey guys! What do you think I should do if I want to be in top shape by mid August? So let’s say for the next 10 weeks, should I stay at maintenance calories, slight surplus? Should I cut certain foods from my diet? And what about training? Should I stick to my current training plan or should I make any adjustments?
