I appreciate this may be difficult to answer but does anyone ele realy find it hard to gauge 2-3 reps from failure you actually are?
If anyone has any tips on this that would be great.
In some ways training to failure is easier as at least i know when im done
Yes thanks joe. I agree i find 1 RIR much easier to gauge so ive definitly been getting closer to that. Just didnt want to leave myself short so thanks joe makes sense mate
