2 a day split

    Hey Joe!
    How would you structure a 2 a day split? Weak areas are arms, then delts. Competitive NPC BB. Going to run the split into prep for my show in late August/Fall.

    Or would a 7 day split be better and take off days when needed? If so how would you structure that split? Thank you šŸ™‚
