What’s up coaches, if I have 2 pull days in my split a week, should I make them the exact same exercise wise? Or should I change up the 2nd one and put different exercises?
Kind of additional to erics question: one pull day with lat focus and the other one with upper back focus or both days 50/50 even using different exercises? If you are going to change the focus, should you do for example 3 excersises for the focussed part and one excersise for the other part and vice versa or all 4 excersises focussed on lats/upper back?
