Hey Bryce and Joe,
I have two questions regarding my back training.
If I were to do 10 sets of back (5 exercises 2 sets for each exercise), but do them all unilaterally would this technically equate the fatigue as if I were doing 20 sets of back to bilaterally?
I get pretty gassed after every unilateral set to near failure, and was wondering if fatigue for 10 sets unilateral is around the same for 20 sets bilaterally.
I just normally get a MUCH better contraction doing back exercises unilaterally but if I can get away with more work/less fatigue that may potentially be something I should probably change.
Second question, is doing 5 back exercises on a back day (only these 5 variants biweekly though) of 2 sets each fine, or is that too many variants? Should I cut down to 4 exercises?
