Probably over thinking it but are the workouts in current order for a reason and if I had to fit in 2 workouts in 1 day ( 1 am & 1 pm) which 2 would you group together. Appreciate any feedback. Thanks
Ok Bryce, I’ll look at structuring a training day as suggested. The reason I ask is that I struggle fitting the 5 workouts into a week with other commitments. Thank you for getting back to me. Keep up the good work 👍
