Hi joe i have had 4 month off gym due to the virus, gyms back open i went yesterday and i was so weak, i understand that’s to be expected. My question is how would i go about programing coming back so i dont over do it but also stimulate some muscle.. I did a push day yesterday and struggled weight were very light and i fatigued very quickly.. Trying to stay motivated thanks
