Hi, new to the app, and just getting to grips with the diet side of things first, enjoying my training as it is already, but do like the idea of trying a routine in the app. Are any of them suitable for me where I can train 4 mornings a week for 45 min (I could also add a 5th in if necessary).
Currently do back and bi, chest and Tri, shoulders & traps and then an arm day (have naturally big legs and trying to put a bit of size on the upper body)
Do mountain biking on a weekend for the legs.
