What is your guys opinion on 4 day split?
Chest Back Legs Shoulder/arms
Compared to PPL or specialisation programs.
Would there be too little frequency/rest days compared to something else to not make it as good or is it a viable option?
Could I up the volume by set or two compared to your programs to accomodate for the lack of frequency?
