5 day split

    Hey guys,

    I’d like to start doing push pull leg day upper lower split. How would you program it? How many exercises and sets per week would you recommend for bigger and smaller muscles? Should I take the ppl from ppl 2.0 and add upper lower to that or is it better to program the whole thing? Sorry for the boring question and thanks for the reply.
