    I am in my offseason/gaining phase.

    I love to train and challenge myself at least 5 days a week, doing the “Come here cannon balls” program. Love it, but frequency seems low, i am used to High frequency High volume training…

    What if i add another training day?

    Which workout should fit better?

    I would try:Push pull rest lower delt rest repeatSo you are theoretically doing your split in 5 days. You can also try:Pull push legs rest delts pull push rest legs delts push rest etc.
