Hi, starting your PPL programme and can see the first couple of workouts are in a 6-8 range for 3 sets.
For example, Would this look like:
30kg x 8 1 RIR
30kg x 7 1 RIR
30kg x 6-7 1 RIR
OR would it ideally look like
30kg x 8
27.5kg x 7
25kg x 6
Not used to staying in the same rep range, especially as the range is so close together for every set so hard for me to get my overthinking head around.
