I’m completely stuck and don’t know the correct approach to take. I’m 28, 5’1″, 145lbs at 21% bf. I spent the last 2 years focusing on building my legs and it was fun. However, I feel my best at 16-18% bf and been stuck at 20-21% for the past 6 months.
For my body, I maintain my weight/bf% at 1800 calories a day and my “bmr” is around 1450 calories. I’ve carb cycled, done refeeds, keto, IF, did a holding phase for 3 months and ate above 1800 and at 1450, added/did less cardio but no changes. I’m lost at what would be an appropriate move. What do you suggest?
