Hi see in the programme when it says 3 sets 6 to 8 reps 1 in reserve.
Is this for all 3 sets.
So say for example I do 36kg dumbbells ill drop to 34kg for the 2nd set to get within the 6 8 rep range then 32kg for 3rd set to get within the 6 8 rep range with 1 rep in reserve.
