Very new to Hypertrophy coach, loving the content, I have looked through various Q&A’s and see this was questioned but the only answer I could find was that it is being worked on… I am due to start following the recommended 6 week program builder, split has come out PPL,R,PPL. On the Push workout within the program there is direct bicep work and then direct bicep work on the Pull day. Therefore, no direct Tricep work throughout the program is there any reason for this ? Or can I inlcude direct tricep work instead of the bicep work on the Push day ?
Hoping to get some feedback before starting this program next week.
