    Hey Joe!

    I’ve seen Phil Viz talk about this. He said that it’s beneficial to have a little (not excessive momentum) bounce out of the bottom of every rep. He said that this is because of the stretch-shortening cycle which allows to generate more force and therefore eventually build more muscle.

    What do you think about this? Often times I’ve heard people say that you should briefly pause at the end ranges.
