Hey guys, I’ve had this question in the back of my mind for a while and wanted to get your thoughts on it. I eat eggs as part of my breakfast pretty much every day. The amount varies based on what my macro targets are for my cut or bulk but I always eat 2 whole eggs and the rest I do just whites. My fear has always been that eating 5 or more yolks every day is way too much cholesterol, but I honestly don’t know if that’s true or not. Do you have any thoughts? Is it ok to eat that many yolks a day or should I stick to mostly the whites? Thanks!
Thanks Bryce, super helpful! My diet tends to be pretty lean, mostly chicken, turkey and fish proteins and I don’t eat a ton of fat. I’ll switch to whole eggs for a while and see how I feel and how it goes! Thanks again!
