Hey guys, just was wondering how heavy you guys ever go on ab mat crunches. I’ve found that I can now do a top set of 8 with a 60 lb dumbbell, and it’s almost become more of an issue even loading the dumbbell in my chest. Once you guys have reached a certain weight, have you guys just stalled on this exercise, doing it with the same weight? I feel like this is something that can’t be progressively overloaded forever if that makes sense. Thanks!
