Ab Training

    I’m currently doing the Ben Pollack Power Building program and I’m wanting to incorporate some isolated ab work. I saw there’s a video on ab training for this program, however, it seems more geared towards someone getting on stage. Is there a good substitute plan(s) to use instead as well as a good frequency? Recovery is good where I’m at with two rest days a week on Wednesday and Sunday FYI.
