Hey guys! I’ve been reading a lot about abduction and notice many coaches coming to the conclusion that the abduction machine doesn’t train the glutes/Glute medius effectively. If this is the case then what muscles is it training? TFL? Thank you!
ALSO, what is the difference in sitting back in the machine and leaning forward and grabbing the base to stabilize yourself?
