    Hi Guys.

Firstly, thanks for the awesome app. I’ve been training for quite a few years, but really feel that thanks to all the information and programmes made available, in the last 4/5 months, I’ve been able to start hitting goals that I’ve struggled to get anywhere near!
I don’t know if there is a general rule, or if its more individual, but going through this first proper cut, I’ve done more than ever to hold myself accountable – this included buying a weighing scale that measures lots of metrics, including Body Fat % and Muscle Mass %.
The main indicator that I am working towards at the moment is getting my body fat % around 15% (currently at 17.1%), but I’m conscious about other metrics that maybe affected – such as muscle mass.

I’ve managed to continue hitting my weight and reps whilst lowering my calorie intake, but should I be saying that if I drop ‘x’ muscle mass compared to ‘x’ body fat/weight, that I need to increase my calories? Or as long as its not affecting my performance, should I just continue and hopefully muscle memory will kick in when I go back into my next bulk phase?

Thanks Bryce. Awesome reply as usual!

Just wanted to get some confirmation that I don’t need to get too concerned with the numbers on the scale, as long as the performance is still there.
