ParticipantWhere can I find the neutral grip attachment that you guys use for standing T bar rows? Also looking to purchase a seat belt to create better stability. Is there any specific one or specific brand that you would recommend getting? Thanks

Participantpick and pull junk yard worked for me. less than $20. usually the middle seat lap belts. keep one of the bolts that secured it in the car. Go to the hardware store and get a couple of washers and a nut that fits that bolt. Use that to fasten the non working ends together. you may try talking to an auto body shop about one, but it will probably be more expensive. hope that helps, brother.

Texas Power Bar. I’ve bought this exact bar several times, for several different gyms:

Awesome thanks. I was also looking into getting some prime wedges for heel elevated squats. Which degree of incline do you recommend?

I actually couldn’t find where I got them from when searching my Amazon order history. Just some random brand I found on there.
