25 M, workout 6 times a week, and has a physical job(HVAC tech:up and down ladders, carrying gear etc) how should I adjust calories if I’m wanting to gain weight, currently eating 3300-3400 a day, and honestly, staying in the 163-168 range, can’t really break past that, but I am noticing major strength differences from when I started majorly tracking calories and workouts. Should I maintain my course? Or add more food.?
