    40 M wanting to recomp. Where would you possibly consider my activity level. I train 4 x a week using your push pull legs program with 4th day being on of your workouts for a individual body part. I do steady state cardio 2 x a week in form of a walk maintaining HR 120-140 for an hour. HIIT on air bike post workout 2 x a week. I work a desk job and I am pretty much otherwise sedentary besides the training I mentioned. I am just an average Joe that loves to train and wants to look good naked plus be around for kids.

    Awesome! Thank you for the feedback! I definitely will back down the heart rate. Still curious of where to begin my calories with sedentary or light activity in the diet planner. Again thank for the feedback I really do appreciate your time.
