    Hey Joe and team,
    I have been following Armageddon to a tee but have recently had a relapse for a low back injury I did when I was younger.

    The whole program is perfect but the only exercise I can’t manage at all is the RDLs as the shear force of the lift is just a little too much, especially while I’m in recovery.

    Can you please let me know alternative exercises I may do or do I just leave them out all together?
