Hey, just wondering if it’s possible for us to add an exercise that isn’t already in the library to one of the preset routines? I was looking to add split squats or rear foot elevated split squat in on leg day for the PPL program and couldn’t find it and didn’t seem like it would let me add it..
Thanks for the follow up! I was actually looking for rear foot elevated split squat. You have the video part filmed when you go down to the TV > Exercises > Quads. It’s just not available from within the Add Exercise of the program. Hopefully that makes sense lol
