Hi, I just got my membership today and will hit the gym with the “cannonballs delts” workout for the first time tomorrow.
I looked over the split and would like to add some exercises to my leg day (abs).
How do I add an exercise to a specific day?
I saw the option to add a workout, but I don’t want a complete separate day just for my abs. Also I would appreciate if you could tell me how I can substitute an exercise.
