Hiya, doing homepertrophy program. I need to work on my vertical pulling and was thinking about scap pull ups within the giant set of dB rows,shrugs and rdls with scap retraction.
would you remove one of these and add in scap pull up in it’s place or add it on somewhere in the sequence or just do it somewhere else in the workout. I’m trying to improve pull ups overall and I’m currently doing very slow negatives too but I do feel that my scap is particularly weak in the vertical movement?
