    Hi! Been running PPL#2 for a bit, really enjoy the exercises and setup. That being said, I’ve trained mostly with much more volume previously. Watched the videos about the potential benefits of lower volume but from an enjoyment perspective I would like to add a small amount of work. Between the two “evils”: would you guys recommend adding a couple sets to the program as is or add exercise to the program? Appreciate your feedback!
