    Hello,

    I’ve been doing the upper/lower 2.0 split for the last week. I like to train five days a week. Tuesday/Wednesday , Friday/Saturday/Sunday for scheduling reasons. As long as I’m recovering and progressing, would adding the next workout for incoming week on Sunday and move forward be the best way to go about that? Or should I wait until the program progresses and feel it out. Maybe add a fifth day later if all feels good.
