I’m currently doing the leg anti flamingo program. I noticed it is very light on volume for arms and shoulders. So I added an arm workout to the end of the week and was thinking about adding arms or shoulders this week. Question is should I swap out an arm and shoulder workout every other week. Or do 6 consecutive weeks of adding arms followed by 6 consecutive weeks of shoulder. Probably splitting hairs. Hope that makes sense.
Thank you for the response. I bought this app because I compulsively do too much volume and wanted someone who really knew what they were doing to plan my workouts.. and of course after 2 weeks I’m asking how to properly add more volume lol. Thanks for talking some sense into me!
