Hey Joe, I’m trying to add exercises onto the push, pull, lower program. I want to go through the program 2x in one week. I’m trying to add those workouts onto the same week but can’t find them when I search for them. For the meantime I’ve added workouts that are similar. Is there a way to add another round of push, pull, lower workouts into the exercise week? Or should I just keep pushing through to week #2 while still being in the first week. Thanks!
