Hey guys. Currently running anti flamingo as i prefer a focus on big wheels – but definitely have some lagging chest and shoulders due to some old hockey injuries I’ve finally rehabbed. Worth adding an extra day with some shoulder/chest specific work since recovery is good, or really just best to wrap this block and move into one of the more specialized programs? Know i probably can’t do absolutely everything at once. Appreciate you !
