Hi Joe, love the set up for program you’ve done with Terrence however I was wondering if it would be cool to sub back ext and maybe a set off rows for RDLs with pull.
Still injured ankle atm so this upper focus works for now anyhow.

Yea substitute if need be so long as you are comfortable and can progress / recover from them all the same
