    Hi Joe,

    Since my arms are a bit weak next to other body parts, I would like to add another set to the normal top set and back off sets that i normally do for arm exercises in order to increase volume. Therefore amounting to 3 sets in total.

    How would you go about this in terms of rep ranges for the whole 3 sets?

    Would you keep the method of a top set of 6-8, back off set of 10-12 and then add another back off set of 15-20 reps? Or would you rather consider a different method? Such as 3 sets of 8 reps for example.
