Hey there. So I am currently running the PecAugmentation with good success but I feel like my arms and shoulders dont grow as much as they should. Now, I don’t want to stop focusing on my chest since it’s still the weakest bodypart for me but I was wondering, could I put the Armday from ARMageddon and the Deltday from Cannonballs together to one Delt&Armday (would be 7 exercises, 3 for delts, 4 for arms) and then turn the PECAugmentation from a 4 day program to a 5 day program?
Or do you think it would be too much?
