I’m starting the anti flamingo program of course for the emphasis on growing my legs, plus I love the general format of Push Pull and Lower. Based on my energy level and recovery time, I can workout about 6 times a week without feeling like I’m overtaxing myself. I get adequate sleep(about 8 hours a night) I’m eating clean and sticking to a strict calorie and macro count, plus I take a few redcon Supps which I feel also help aid in my recovery.
Just wanted to get your thoughts on if it would be overkill to add a 3rd leg day into the program for the week? And for my 6th day maybe combine chest and back or maybe throw in an arm and calves day?
