So I just finished P/P/L and getting started with Pec Augmentation today. Looking to get Deadlifts back into my routine so trying to find the right spot to input them. Figured replacing the BB RDLs on pull day would make sense. Especially since I’m not looking to go insanely heavy and low rep, prefer to keep it a little bit higher similar to the range given for that exercises. Wanted to see if that makes sense or you have a better spot to add it in?
Also if there is a way to replace that exercise in the program for log book purposes
Thanks man, makes perfect sense. See how it feels week 1 and adjust based on how I feel. Also didn’t think the idea of adding in without replacing another exercise which I kind of like more. Thanks for the help
