My lower body is my lagging body part and so I’m into your Anti-Flamingo Program in order to bring them up,
here is my little problem: for the training split – Lower1 seems to be Hams/Glutes focused workout, however I really want to maximize my lower body hypertrophy (as I’m a classic physique competitor); do you recommend (or have any ideas about) adding extra Quads exercises / Pump work targeting extra stimulus to grow my Quads?
Or just follow the splits and wait until Lower2 to train them separately.
