Hi guys
My biggest weak points and Delts and triceps. Secondarily to that, my upper body isn’t exactly match to my legs.
For that reason, I think Terrence’s new split would work well for me.
How could I add more Delts to this plan to ensure they aren’t “de-prioritized”?
I’ve ran this split for 2 weeks, and in this time I have been doing 3 sets of cuff Y raises at the beginning of push/pull. Will this suffice or is there a better way?
