    Two questions

    Context: I’m doing my second round of HC gives you wings.

    1. On my push days I’ve been doing two leg exercises at the end of the workout to get more volume for my legs. Rather than like 6 working sets a week.

    But recently I added another Tricep exercise because previously I was doing only doing one Tricep isolation exercise a week plus close grip bench. Which has added a decent amount of extra time I’m spending in the gym. Would you recommend not adding those exercises? Or keeping them? For the sake of efficiency and time spent in the gym.

    2. Since I’m doing other exercises then what is In the program should I just switch to a more balanced workout program where all muscle groups are balanced in volume. I only say this because I would like my whole physique to look different not just my back. Although my back is lagging as far as definition goes. Which is primarily why I chose to do a back focused program. But I believe my overall physique needs some work.

    I mentioned this is my second 3 month period. Doing this program. The first mesocycle was okay. I think primarily why I didn’t see good results was because I wasn’t eating enough. Correct me if I’m wrong but that could play a huge role in how my body changes
