Adding sets

    Hey coach, hope you’re doing well

    1) I was wondering what would you do if you wanted to add one extra set on a specific muscle?
    For example rear delts, i do only 2 working sets per session, and maybe i will add a third set. Would it be a smart choice to train that muscle on the same range by adding one set on the cable raise or would it be better to train that muscle in a different range like a pec deck or even a rear delt db row?

    2) Also do you think that adding one extra set to an exercise will be more to recover from in comparison to just doing 2 sets with the last set as an extended set?

    Im cutting right now and now after almost 20lbs down its starting to make my recovery drop down a bit.
    This week i started kind of from the start again lets say by dropping down the volume to be able to see how my recovery is
