Just got the app and I feel like I want to bring up my sorry excuse for shoulders with the program. Problem is I love being at the gym, would adding a separate arm day, for example, be a good idea or should I stick with less is more mindset for a few weeks. Also what would you guys suggest in terms of what the rest days should be between the workouts
I personally do chest, back, shoulders and arms, legs. I feel this is very balanced split and doesnt neglect arms. Also could add couple sets of arms to chest and back. On shoulder day I just do one press exercise so my arms are not in fatigued state when I get to them.
