Doing full body, but how do you feek about adding stuff?
Like, im a fan of ohp cause of shoulder health benefits, so do full body A, add in 2 sets of ohp 6 reps to 8 reps, alongside machine lat rows for push/pull balance, on full body B I thought adding 2 sets of db bench press and cable lat rows to balance that push pull out, or not needed/too much?
I also saw here you had a video about volume, where can I find it? Yt or app tv? Thanks guys!
