I’m currently on the first week of the pec augmentation program, my recovery has always been great and I was thinking about “changing” a little bit the split. Just wanted to know what do you think about it.
This is what I had in mind: Push, Pull, Lower, Chest, Off, Leg Day. Since my back always responds good, I think training it once a week it’s ok. I can train 6 days a week btw. If this doesn’t have sense just let me know and I will just stick to the program and keep it simple.
I can never understand why people get a program that’s designed by someone that knows a huge amount then wants to change it around
Well, there’s an option to add days and sets. There’s a video where Joe said we can add training days, sets, etc. Depending on our recovery. He also mentioned that the programs are designed so that anyone can recover, as I have better recovery I thought about what I mentioned above.
