Hello everyone! Been using the app for a while and enjoying it. Right now switched to the “cannonballs delts” program after the anti-flamingo.
Now, on this program there is a “delts day” made up of only 3 exercises – that means less than 30 mins in the gym for me.
Do You think it’s ok if I add some more volume on that day? Maybe adding 1-2 exercise? I was thinking about doing an arms set (biceps + triceps), but I am open to any suggestion. (Maybe adding more delts volume?)
